Ashish Gupta is a Global Procurement leader with a background in Indirect Procurement, Program Management, Business Operations and R&D. Ashish currently leads the Marketing & Sales Procurement and Digital Excellence Center at Clorox. He has wide experience in Technology and CPG industries and work locations spanning across US, UK, Finland, Singapore, and India. Ashish has led and is part of Procurement Transformation projects. Ashish describes his procurement experience journey as “From A Washing Machine To A Self-Driving Car”. On a personal front, Ashish is a Yoga practitioner and loves watching movies. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and a son.
Joanna Martinez helps businesses and individuals understand technology, improve processes, and align with stakeholders. Sometimes that means advising senior executives directly; frequently it means rolling up her sleeves and working on projects along with the team or delivering workshops to improve skills in areas like stakeholder alignment, digitization, or creating positive change. An engineer by training, Joanna led transformation initiatives for Johnson & Johnson, Diageo, AllianceBernstein, and Cushman & Wakefield. Working independently for the last six years, her consulting clients range from startups to Fortune 50 companies in a wide mix of industries. She wrote a book, A Guide to Positive Disruption, which provides a framework to follow for those who want to be successful managing though disruptive times. She was named a Distinguished Alumna by Rutgers College of Engineering and now sits on the School of Engineering’s Industry Advisory Board. She also advises two technology companies and a professional services organization. Joanna and her teams have been recognized for innovation or customer excellence by Determine, American Express, Egencia, and Heublein. For the last four years, she has been designated a Top Global Influencer and Thought Leader in multiple categories by Thinkers360.
Chris Sawchuk is a Principal, Global Practice Leader and advisory leadership team member with The Hackett Group, an intellectual property-based strategic consultancy to global companies. He has over 20 years of experience successfully advising hundreds of Fortune 500 as well as midsized companies across all industries globally. Mr. Sawchuk has provided operational and transformational guidance in strategy and organizational change as well as process design and digital technology enablement to significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these companies. He is globally recognized (and won several awards) in his specialty of supply management including strategic sourcing and risk management. He is cited regularly in business publications, a frequent presenter at industry and academic events, author of numerous research papers and books, and a current and past member of the advisory boards of several developing companies as well as the supply chain degree program at the University of South Florida. Mr. Sawchuk’s background includes engineering, operations and sales roles with both United Technologies and IBM. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Union College and a Masters in Business Administration from Binghamton University (State University of New York). He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Kevin Frechette is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fairmarkit, the autonomous sourcing platform. Since starting Fairmarkit as a tail spend automation solution, he has met with and learned from thousands of supply chain and procurement executives to understand where technology can transform procurement. Kevin’s current focus is on exploring the possibilities for AI and automation across procurement and supply chain processes, most recently Generative AI. He notably has led Fairmarkit to being ranked 159th fastest growing company in America by Inc5000. Most importantly, he’s a girl dad to two “spirited” daughters and just expanded the family welcoming his son Grady :)
