Tristan Deschler has been a driving force at Fairmarkit for over five years, currently serving as the Director of Fairmarkit Labs. Tristan’s journey began as the first Customer Success hire, where he built the department from the ground up and laid the foundation for Fairmarkit’s approach to strategic growth. He later transitioned to Value Engineering, where his innovative automation of business case processes set new standards for efficiency. As Sales Director for EMEA, Tristan was instrumental in establishing Fairmarkit’s presence in the region, exceeding sales targets and building a sustainable sales strategy. Now, as the Director of Labs at Fairmarkit, Tristan is focusing on turning the company’s most ambitious ideas into reality.
