Dave is dedicated to helping indirect procurement groups transform to the strategic, "seat at the table," internal business partner they have always wanted to be. He has done it at four companies and knows the key enablers, especially around implementing eProcurement tools and change management strategies. Dave has led multiple world-wide sourcing, procurement, and supplier management organizations, both in direct materials and indirect categories. He also did a rotation as the Director of Product Marketing for eProcurement software.
Jim Goodall is a Director of IT Sourcing and Procurement at USAA, responsible for a technology procurement spend portfolio of over $2B. Jim has over 25 years of experience across the value chain, inclusive of procurement, manufacturing, and sales leadership roles at world-class organizations such as IBM, Intuit, and the US Navy. Jim, originally from Portland, Oregon, holds an MBA (Supply Chain) from University of San Diego, International Business Certificate from University of San Diego, and a B.S. Business Real Estate from Arizona State. Jim is a former naval officer and has lived primarily in San Diego and San Antonio. Jim is married to Stefanie Goodall who also works for USAA: they have four wonderful children and enjoy the outdoors, travel, sports, and family.

Management from Saint Mary’s College of California with professional credentials from SIG, NAPM and NCMA. 2018 Hall of Fame inductee into SIG. 2019 CPO of the Year, Ardent Partners.
Sam Grondahl joined Fairmarkit as Fairmarkit's Head of Data Science in 2021. He leads the teams responsible for Fairmarkit's core AI/ML platform as well as its suite of intelligence and data products. His previous experience spans a wide breadth of industries, including e-commerce, financial services, video games, and health and P&C insurance. Prior to joining Fairmarkit, Sam was Senior Director, Economics and Data Products at Mythical Games. Before that, he held roles at Quantco and Microsoft Research. Sam holds a BA from Yale and a PhD from MIT where his dissertation focused on optimal pricing in two-sided online marketplaces. If he is away from the keyboard, Sam is likely running or hiking with his two dogs.
