Dean is the SVP of Customer Success at Fairmarkit. Throughout an almost 30-year career in enterprise software, Dean has developed a passion for leading all customer-facing functions and believes earning customers’ trust is the most important part of being a great partner. He thrives on finding ways for technology, combined with great service, to help each individual at a customer become a rock star within their organization. Outside the virtual office, Dean spends his time happily shuttling his kids between sports and activities or racing off-road motorcycles.
Jules is the VP of Professional Services and Supplier Enablement at Fairmarkit, the autonomous sourcing platform revolutionizing the way all organizations buy and sell. With over 12 years of experience in ecommerce marketplaces, she’s passionate about building products and teams that drive real success for customers/partners and inspire positive change. At Fairmarkit, she wakes up every day thinking about how to continuously deliver a best-in-class experience for both customers and suppliers. Outside of work, you can find Jules adventuring in the great outdoors with her goofy yellow Labrador, Buddy.
